Biography:

Suman used to accompany her brother to the nearby shooting range where he competed. She became intrigued and in October 2017 had the opportunity to try out Air Pistol at the range and really enjoyed it.

Since then, she has excelled in the sport and made waves across the shooting scene. She made her international debut at the 2021 Junior Grand Prix in El Salvador. At the 2022 Championship of the Americas she earned a gold medal and a U.S. Olympic quota for Paris 2024 in Women’s Air Pistol.

She competed in her World Championship in 2023 at the International Shooting Sports Federation competition in Baku, Azerbaijan. She is currently pursuing a degree in cognitive science at Case Western Reserve University and is looking to make her first Olympic team.
